Remedial & Sports Massage

Our remedial massage approach adapted for pregnancy. We treat the same musculoskeletal complaints - lower back pain, pelvic instability, postural compensation, hip dysfunction - with modified positioning using a pregnancy pillow. This isn't relaxation massage; it's injury prevention and pain management for an athletic body under different demands.

In this fun filled and intimate session , you will learn the  basics how to release general trigger points and tense areas, alleviate pain and relax the body.
At the end of the session, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and will receive a 50g Tui Body Balm and lesson guide to continue your massage skills at home.

No prior experience is necessary.
