Red Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support the body’s natural recovery processes at a cellular level. During your 20-minute session, you’ll stand comfortably in front of our BlockBlueLight panel for 10 minutes facing the light, then turn around for the final 10 minutes to ensure full-body exposure front and back. This gentle, non-invasive therapy is commonly used to support recovery from training, improve skin health, reduce muscle and joint stiffness, and promote overall tissue health.
