Aldrick, Cency, Jana, Marek, Celeste, Angelo & Luciano *Dry Needling not performed by Katka **10% surcharge for Public Holiday and Weekend treatments** 60 min massage + 50 min infrared sauna A mixture of techniques will be implemented in each treatment including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretch therapy, mobilisation, myofascial release, cupping, dry needling and electro dry needling. *50 minute Sauna session will be booked for after the massage dependant on availability. Please contact us if you prefer to have your sauna prior to your treatment.
